Using the information on this sheet, if you find a lead that is interested in our products, contact Hooman or call with the lead’s company name, contact name, phone number and email address. We’ll assess their needs, present a proposal, follow up and close the deal. We will keep you updated by email during the sales cycle. If you reside in Dallas, we will be happy to accompany you to customer meetings. We know you’re busy and try to make the process as easy as possible.

• Do you have a website? If so, does it need to be updated?
• Can your customers find your website on the search engines?
• Are you happy with your marketing collateral?
• Do you offer your customers a multimedia CD-ROM?
• Have you thought about selling your products online? (Not all prospects meet this criteria)

Potential Signs of Need

• Prospect doesn’t have their own email address. If their email address is someone@aol.com or someone@msn.com, they need to register their own domain name and host it. This is a nice way to sell a website as well.
• Prospect’s website is very old or looks like they designed it themselves.
• Prospect should have the ability to sell products online but don’t.
• Prospect has little or very weak printed matter.
